Cancellation Policy |
|
|
If you must cancel, please give us 24 hours notice. We ask 48 hours notice for large bookings. If you fail to contact us, you will be charged the full cost of service(s) reserved. Credit Cards are taken upon booking to reserve multiple appointments. |

Arrival |
|
|
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment (SALON) to have time to prepare, relax and enjoy. If you are late we will try to accommodate you, but cannot promise your full spa service time.

Group Event |
|
|
Citrin can host your event whether it's a Bridal Party, corporate event or just because. Citrin's event planner is available to arrange events to suit your needs.

Payment |
|
|
We accept most credit cards and personal checks. Gratuities can only be given as cash or check.
|

Parking |
|
|
Parking is available at several garages within a short walking distance to the salon and meter parking. (Please read the sign)
